Total Wine & More will host an event that is certain to impress you and your guests. Taste eight of our premium, hand-selected wines and discover hidden treasures from the wine region of your choosing. Your guests will enjoy a tour of the land and learn about the famed appellations and grape varietals that make each region so unforgettable. One of our wine experts will be on hand to present and discuss each delicious wine during your two hour tasting, which can be arranged as a seated class-style or more casual walk-around event. Total Wine & More will provide all necessary stemware and educational handouts for tasting notes.

  • California Dreaming – Three outstanding white wines and five sumptuous red wines will delight your palate in this tasting. From Pinot Noir and Chardonnay produced in the cooler climates of Carneros and the Russian River Valley, to the famous Cabernet Sauvignon appellations of Stag’s Leap and Spring Mountain. One of these outstanding selections is certain to become a favorite.
  • An Inspiring Taste of Italy – Stimulate your senses with the mesmerizing bouquets of sparkling, white, and red wines from Italy. Refresh your taste buds with Prosecco and crisp whites from the north and then dazzle them with bold and captivating reds from the south. Two Italian wines you will never forget, Barolo and Brunello di Montalcino, complete our inspiring tasting.
  • Tour De France – Travel with us through the most famous appellations from France. Taste Grand Cru Champagne before sampling two stunning and food-friendly wines from the Loire Valley and Provence. Five elegant reds such as prestigious Chateauneuf-du- Pape and Margaux will follow the white wine selections and show you why this is a wine tour of France like no other.

Restrictions: Mileage limit of 200 miles. Driver must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and Background Check.

 

Bidding Procedures:

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. The auction starts online. If the “Buy It Now” price has not been reached by noon on Friday, October 20, the item will be offered for live auction at Horses on Pointe on Saturday, October 21. The online auction high bid will be the opening bid for the live auction.

To make a bid online, simply click on the name of the item to be redirected to a bidding form. The opening bid on each item must be at least the minimum bid as listed in the Item description.  Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum increment of $25 . Any bids not adhering to this format will not be valid.  The current high bid will be updated once a day. In the event of multiple bids before the website is updated, each bidder will be contacted by e-mail to ask if they would like to raise their bid. In the event of a tie, the earliest bidder will be successful.

Online winners will be notified by by email to arrange payment and pickup. Live auction winners must make payment at the event. Donated services must be utilized by the date specified by the donor. All items and services not claimed prior to the expiration date will be forfeited by the buyer unless other specific arrangements have been made with the donor.

All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any item. Contributors of items will make not make any refunds.
